About Us

MISSION STATEMENT

COVOCO is committed to creating, developing and promoting individual competitiveness, self-value, discipline and respect within the framework of competitive athletics.
CLUB PHILOSOPHY
The coaching staff and club administrators are personally invested in the continual technical and competitive development of every player; emphasizing personal, family, and community responsibility and involvement.

Goal is to be regionally and nationally competitive
Help in the pursuit of college dreams
Offer a high level of training
Concentrated, Efficient Training
Time on Task
How do we do it?
We put in the time.
How do we make everything work?
Time.
How do we win?
Be Unstoppable.
We don't strive to be the biggest.
We strive to be the best!
We give our athletes the attention they deserve.
Practice is run with not only the goal of consistency within the organization in mind, but with the team, and the athlete at the forefront of what and how we train.
Pretty bold thing to say, for sure.
But in fact it describes how we work and how we opperate! With our athletes, we compete to win.
Details may get technical very quickly, but the essence and the excitement are easy to explain; from our nonstop push to be better at what we do, to helping our athletes to become better at what they do.
Quite literally, unstoppable!
But anyone can describe their club this way...we would like to show you.

COVOCO is proud to have a dedicated coaching staff.  Lead by over 50 years of experience.  The staff is dedicated to learning and growing, working hard and working in the best interest of our athletes.  The staff is personally invested in the continual technical and competitive development of every player, emphasizing personal, family and community responsibility and involvement.  Our staff is committed to excellence.

The objective of the club is to qualify for the USA Volleyball Junior Olympic Championships.  Although not all of our teams may qualify, training and competing through June with our teams and athletes is important to the players, and it is important to the club’s success and stability.  Players will be expected to participate in and complete the entire season.
